Everything was absolutely amazing. Adnan was the best host who is so knowledgeable about the history of Nizwa. He also gave great recommendations for us on what we should do as well as best places to eat. The location is perfect, we walked to wherever we wanted to go. When I come back to Nizwa, this is the only place I will stay!

Genuinely can’t say enough good things about this hotel! The rooms are beautiful, and the location is incredible! Steps away from Nizwa old town and there is free parking right on site. The staff here absolutely go above and beyond to help with anything you might need! They gave us so many amazing suggestions for what to do while we were here, and helped us when we needed to get a few errands done. The A/C works great, and the beds are super comfortable! I highly recommend this place to anyone who is staying in Nizwa!

The place is very beautiful, very clean and tidy, with a sophisticated traditional design, the room is tidy and clean, 5 star rating, the reception is excellent upon arrival / check out and throughout the stay. Beit Al Sabah Cafe is wonderful, with indoor and outdoor seating available. There is a restaurant called Alam, affiliated with the hotel, with a varied menu where you can order food and it will be delivered to your place of residence. The surrounding environment is very beautiful and the nature is breathtaking. And I forgot the sweet thing, which is having a cat with her two very beautiful kittens who love to play
