This hotel had views to die for. The owner met us late to let us in due to a big travel day which was so accommodating of him. The room was very big, great kitchen and balcony looking over the ocean. It was a very memorable stay. We went to the restaurant one of the nights without a booking and they were booked out unfortunately, but the owner felt bad and sent something up to our room as a sorry, very kind! A great stay!

The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was a decent size, with great views of the sea and mountains. The facilities were very good, with an indoor and an outdoor pool. The view from the cliffs was amazing. Breakfast was excellent, with friendly hotel staff and a good selection of breads, cereals, cooked food, fruit, cheeses and so on.

Lovely home with a great location for visiting Sao Vicente, PR16 walk and a local vineyard. We really enjoyed using the balcony in our room, the shared kitchen/dining area, and an evening sitting outside having dinner followed by using the hot tub! The room was comfortable with everything you needed, and a spacious bathroom. We were also lucky enough to meet the hosts who were absolutely lovely.

The apartment was perfect for my family 2 adults and 2 kids. We had everything we needed. The location is easy to find and the communication with the host was perfect. Having the opportunity for self check-in was very important as we arrived late in the evening. The supermarket is in the way to the apartment in Santana. Car rental is needed and parking place is available. It is situated in the middle of nature. From the location we drove between 30 min-1h:30 min to the important places of the island.

Fantastic place, we had the most relaxing night of our holidays here. The location is super quiet and beautiful, nothing but nature sounds. The hotel was easy to find because they have put signs on the road. The room was comfortable and clean and the host kept great communication on the check-in process since we were a bit later than expected. The eye for detail in our room was amazing (fruit, water and the decoration of the bed etc). The breakfast was good and with products harvested from the garden. We wished we had known how good this place was, we wanted to stay longer!

    We have stayed for 4 days there in July 2024. Nice house on hill with Sea view. For discovering of North of Madeira the location is perfect. Its in small village so on very quiet place, but few minutes by car to main road. Place was clean, big with all you need for family. Few meters from house is small shop with bar, where you can buy basic food.

    The location is superb, being on the quieter north coast but with easy access to the whole of the island. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. We ate in the restaurant a few evenings and the food was great.

    Exceptional location in a very quiet area of the island, with an outdoor parking space, not like in other parts of the island where you park underground or in extremely narrow covered parking lots. Very clean apartment with all facilities included, including washing machine. At check-in, we were greeted by an extremely kind employee who gave us all the necessary information. Also, the coffee is from the house.

    The view and location are amazing and the place was very affordable when we booked it for the size. The owner responded quickly to questions. You get what you pay for. However, I would not recommend to stay in this apartment if you are looking for a bit of comfort... and safety.
