Everything was amazing! Highly recommend- very easy to get to from Pinhão. At the vineyard there is plenty to do and the restaurant is delicious. Also your stay comes with a free tour and a tasting! Highly recommend!

Eduardo and his parents were kind and gracious hosts. They went out of their way to make our check in, stay and visits to the vineyard as convenient as possible. Eduardo also especially arranged a pick up and drop to and from the Pinhao railway station as he was available at the time and at a minimal fee. The place was beautiful and clean. We got to taste the Portuguese traditional cuisine for dinner and breakfast was good with plenty of options at the buffet.

In addition to the breathtaking location, the staff was truly exceptional! We were welcomed with a glass of port wine (made by the property’s winery) and offered a tour of the owner’s historic home next door. The owner takes great pride in the property and its history, and it shows in her enthusiasm in hosting her guests. The property is also fairly new, so the rooms are immaculate! I would highly recommend this property and fully intend to return.

Our view from bed was straight down the Douro Valley and a stunning sunrise was a perfect start to the day. Breakfast on the covered terrace fueled us for a walk downhill amongst the vineyards. Our host was generous with a glass of his delicious wine and conversation. I would definitely stay here again but next time for more than one night. It was a very sweet place.

    This accomodation is located on wonderful location. Rooms are very clean, from the terrace with swimming pool is great view on the river Douro. From there you can also watch the sunset. The staff is very friendly and everyone tries hard for the guest's comfort. I highly recommend visiting this accommodation.

    Service was great, lovely extended family hosts who worked hard to ensure all guests were catered for, food and wine was plentiful, nothing too much trouble. Our room was at the top of the house and like stepping back in time but was spacious with a second bedroom and living area with chairs and tv, plus great view across the river to Pinhao. Location was up high so we were happy we took a taxi as roads were tight, and it also resulted in some fantastic photographs of the lighting that lit up the night sky.
