Just got back from a stay at Khaosok Gallery and I’m seriously impressed. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt tucked right into the jungle. Beautiful room views overlooking a meandering river with incredibly helpful and friendly Hosts who go above and beyond for your every need, even waving you goodbye. The breakfast of an omelette and salad served with fruit is plentiful and tasted great whilst the menu for dinner was delicious. The Puk Kud (edible fern leaf spicy salad) is delicious, as well as the tom yum soup and fried chicken in basil. Even the pizza was very good. The rooms were spotless considering there was abundant wildlife around, the aircon kept the room a perfect temperature all day and night along with a fridge, kettle and hairdryer. The host spoke amazing English and was incredibly helpful with our choosing of what tours to do and helped to organise them all leaving it an effortless process for us. I am sad to leave and hope them all the best.

The view from breakfast is stunning, as well as the view from the balcony of the rooms We ate different dishes at each meal time for four days and were blown away by the quality, absolutely delicious. Also the best chicken wings I've had, on a side note The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. Shower pressure is not very high but the water is hot The staff were wonderful, always trying to give assistance and extremely friendly. They assisted with organising tours and transport It was the perfect place to acclimatise before heading off for more adventures.

I’ve been traveling around SE Asia for about three months now, and this is easily one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at. It’s ran by a family and they are the sweetest, kindest people we’ve met. They made us feel right at home and gave us huge hugs and lots of travel tips. The beds are also incredibly comfortable and rooms and toilets very very clean. Loved my stay!
