Nice quiet location, clean room, comfy bed, and fridge stocked with water. The hotel manager (Cam or Gam, not sure how to spell) was the best! She took great care of us and would ask us if we needed anything and come through every time. At nights she invited us to hang out and have beers with with her and her friends. Wish we could have stayed here longer. It was outstanding experience! It is on the level of hotel. We had one room with very comfortable king bed. The room was spotless, we received complementary food, tooth brush and other essentials every day. You can have coffee etc. in the kitchen, too. It included self-service breakfast (eggs, toasts, sausages, jam, coffee etc). There is a gym, common space area with board games, billiard. You can rent a bike vis Mercy hotel (B-rider which is reliable and rhe best rental company). The location is excellent and quit. Actually, the whole place is quit and they keep it quiet after 10 pm. Last but not least, the staff was genuinely so kind and helpful. If we ever visit it again, we will stay here. Thank you so much for making our time in Chiang Mai so great.

The property was clean and had complimentary water, as well as a water tank in the kitchen if needed. The balcony was nice to relax on. The location was right in the middle of Chiang Mai, with walkable access to several restaurants and markets.

After travelling from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai by motorbike, my initial plan was to just book for 2 days and from there to move on to the next place. Instead, I ended up staying for 2 weeks in this excellent hotel. Joy, the owner, is very friendly and if you show some interest in her, you would notice she really loves her city and knows great spots to have real local Thai food too. I stayed also in several rooms, number 1 and 2 downstairs with own parking lot, number 8 upstairs, which was a kingsize room, but more suitable for 2 persons. Since I was travelling alone, and wanted the most quiet room possible, so I could work, I stayed at number 4, behind the reception, the rest of my stay. Internet was excellent and fast, so great location if your relying on internet for work. Shower pressure was good, and location excellent: near the highway, 2km from town, with a motorbike it's just a 5-10 min drive. BIG C is jus 1 minute walk opposite of the hotel + also other stores in this shopping mall. 5 minutes walking distance is also a 24/7 selfservice laundry, and instead of drying my clothes in a dryer, I got permission to use the hotels drying rack. If you don't have self transportation, 2 scooters can be rented from the hotel. Payments can be done by card or cash. Lastly about the cleaning: it was excellent, and I want to thank especially Kisan, for executing a great cleaning job, by cleaning all the rooms by herself. Most of the time cleaners are getting unnoticed by many who book rooms, but without a great cleaner, a hotel is not worth staying for a long time .Keep up the good work Kisan, many hotels can take an example of the cleanliness this hotel has to offer! And Joy thank you also for being flexible with my erratic travel plans and irregular payments ^_^ See you when I see you guys!

    The location is great for a city trip to Chiang Rai, the price-performance ratio is amazing! The room war clean & the AC works good. The price is very cheap & there is a little breakfast (cereals, fruits, cake, tea & coffee) included. In addition the staff is very friendly & we felt comfortable all the time. I really recommend this hotel for budget traveler.
