The setup of the rooftop lounge is very social (a long dining table), so you get the best evenings and best morning you can have in a hostel. The host and staff are also very insightful and accommodating. Highly recommend, which I don't normally do

Modern, new and very clean hotel. Great hosts. The entire family was so kind to us, driving us to the bus station in their own car and helping with every thing we asked. The hotel is loaded with technology and comes with complimentary snacks and drinks. Short walk to the Nature reserve.

Amazing location (1 min walk to Ita Thao shopping district, 2 min walk to the pier, 5-10min walk to the rope/cable cars), rooms are very clean and quite, with a lake view. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is freshly made and delicious as well! Would highly recommend!

Everything. It about 50-60m from the bus station and the boat ticket office (Sun Moon Lake drop-off from Taichung Main Station). The staff were super nice. She even gave us a coupon for renting bicycle and a voucher of 50 yuan discount per person for 7eleven.
