They handled it promptly and efficiently, demonstrating their dedication to providing top-notch customer service. Speaking of the rooms, they are a true testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence. The room layouts are thoughtfully designed, with modern and stylish decor that creates a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. The furniture is brand new and is not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's restaurant on the first floor.     So far the best hotel in Zakarpattya region and city of Uzhgorod with a very affordable price! Restaurant and spa are really nice. Food is great! Breakfast and dinner was delicious! Much better food than in White Hills and Verhovyna resort! And a price is nice, - 2500uah here compare to 7500-8000 in White Hills and Verhovyna. Location us good, car park, room, spa everything is nice! However, there are questions to the reception staff……..

    Good location: the hotel is about 7 min walk to city Center, but at the same time in quiet place. Breakfast has few options, all were delicious. Friendly staff. Very clean room and cleaning was every day.
