It’s a new hotel so everything was clean, the location is great, only 15 minutes drive to National Harbor Convention Centre and walking distance to trader joe’s. Inside the hotel there is a coffee shop as well which is great for coffee lovers.

The lounge area in the living room was quite comfortable and perfect for our very small girls trip. We enjoyed being close to Old Town and walking around the historic streets. The bedding was amazing as was the shower! The kitchen lacks a few important everyday needs like proper drinking glasses that aren’t stemmed wine glasses or very small wine tumblers - may be best to bring your own drinking cups if you will be spending anytime on the brick patio out back for safety purposes! It was a very nice stay.

Location was great and accommodations comfortable. Access was easy and I felt safe. The room was in great shape, likely recently renovated, and was very clean. I liked the linens too, something I don't usually think about. It is really nice having access to laundry facilities in the DC summer heat!

    It was a spotless clean bedroom. A very comfortable bed. The location is very good, close to the metro-Amtrak stations. The staff was helpful. The King’s street is full of bars, restaurants and coffee shops.

    Lovely house in an excellent location - especially now the Potomac Yard metro station has opened. Extremely easy transport options into the city and elsewhere via the Metro trains or the Bus network. Owner is very contactable and helpful. House was spotless. Highly recommend.
