It was close to lots of food options and store options. It was very clean and they came every other day to take trash and give fresh towels. They had breakfast every morning. All in all a cozy place to stay.

Rose went above and beyond for us! She made sure to work with us and I can’t say how much that helped us as this was the perfect space to get away from the big e as we go down with cows every single year! We will definitely be back as this was the perfect space! It had enough space for all of us! Rose was just a phone call away with any questions!

Antique 1242 was a delightful experience. We wanted a stay that was close to our son and daughter-in-law and this fit the bill. We have grown weary of the big chains with their one sided loyalty. The rooms are spacious, there is a wonderful common area to relax and visit. With only 2 rooms, it really feels like home. Breakfast was brilliant! An authentic British breakfast greeted us in the morning along with a proper tea from the kettle! I can't say enough with regard to our stay. Helen was a delight and we really felt an authentic friendly connection.
