The host was available within 1 minute to answer questions. The location related to downtown was excellent. My husband and I came to D to see Theo Von. This apartment was super nice and inviting. I felt like my car was safe in the gated parking lot. The neighbors in the building were so nice. After a night on the town, we were happy to go back to this spot and walk in to a clean, cool (temperature cool) apartment. We WILL be staying there again. Thanks so much!!

Having a door leading to the 2nd bedroom downstairs and a door dividing the main floor bedroom and bathroom from the rest of the place was perfect to give us each the morning privacy of sleeping in or getting ready for the day without disturbing one another. It was a beautiful, comfortable and enjoyable stay. Oh and we really enjoyed the live plants.

We forgot our documents and cash at the room’s safe and the hotel’s manager kept them locked for 3 days and returned them to us in the most diligent and honest way. We are very grateful and impressed with the staff’s attitude. The property is beautiful and has a great location.

    The apartment was very clean and it is in a prime location. I felt safe in the area. I liked that the apartment had a washing machine so that I could do my laundry lol. The living room is pretty great to take photos.

    Superb location right smack downtown. Furnishings were modern and very clean. Detroit isn't as unsafe as the media / rumours make it out to be, but you'd feel assured with 24/7 security on-site. Convenient (paid) parking located right across the road that also has 24/7 security. It has a good fitness center on the second floor.
