Most comfortable bed ever. Very clean rooms. Spacious bathroom with hot water available all the time. Awesome location with great places to eat/shop close by. Close to all the sights in lower Manhattan and Fulton Station is right across the street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

GYM is absolutely fabulous! Rooms are amazing. A restaurant to have a proper breakfast. A bar to have a drink after a long day. What else can you dream of, while in the capital of the world? A hidden gem, that can no longer be hidden. Additionally - check out the Pier 11 - and easy connection to midtown via waterway if you would like to commute without traffic!

The location and roominess of the apartment. Also it smelled great!! Me and my family came here to visit American Dream. This was about 20/30 Minutes away. The host was friendly and quick with communication. It says 1 bedroom but it actually has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again!!!

Everything was so beautiful and you can tell it’s very well taken care of. I think our favorite feature was definitely the massage table. That was pretty fun to use!

    This property had very comfortable beds, everything you might need in the kitchen and the location was excellent for the Staten Island Ferry. The host was really friendly and helpful and we had a great stay.
