The receptionist, Christine, was exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming. The lounge area was a work of art. The complimentary breakfast was excellent Our room was one grouped around an attractive garden courtyard

I love the young.man who checked us in. He is the sweetest. My daughter wanted to go swimming and he said it was closed and then 10 minutes later he turned his back up and said she got special permission for my daughter to go swimming he was even out there cleaning the swimming pool for her very very excellent young man should have a raise he's the sweetest

The location was perfect. We have stayed at this property previously and will return again. It's comfortable and works well for my family. We visit Sierra Vista once or twice a year and we consider this property as our home away from home. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard too.
