I came here with my friend, it was her first visit to Tashkent and she was very impressed by the staff of the hotel, cleanliness and location. Staff was very helpful and polite, breakfast was nice. I will definitely come here next time and recommend others

Everything: amenties, rooms were beautiful and high quality. But would stood out exceptionally was the care and attentiveness of the staff. I have stayed at multiple world class 5* hotels (Ritz-Carlton, the Peninsula, Mandarin Oriental) and the staff was very much in line with what one would expect at one of those. Saidjalol, especially, was incredibly helpful in assisting me in booking my onwards travel. He is a superstar employee. Please thank him for me!

Room is amazing! Facilities new, breakfast with multiple delicious choices. Very helpful and friendly staff. They also have SPA too which is nice. Didn’t try swimming pool since coming in winter.

I love everything about this hotel. The stuff are friendly. They speak good English, the room, clean the spa and the swimming pool very clean and everything is organized. It is the best family, friendly hotel in Tashkent The guys in the receptions were incredible. Very helpful.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.
