The interior of the rooms is very clean and modern and has a wonderful bathroom. It is located near Sevan Lake and you will be at Sevan Lake in 7-8 minutes by car. The air conditioning system in the rooms is very good and there are enough windows. I think it is worth staying and you can enjoy it.

Room was nearly new, very clean and really quite luxurious for the low price. It's on the main road, near the supermarkets, but it is quiet at night. I was there for the Armenia water festival, which I only realised when I walked out of the hotel and got a bucket of water in the face from a local child. So there was a cold shower and cultural experience included for nothing.

A nice, small hotel run by your family in a village a few kilometers from Sevan. The room was spotlessly, clean and comfortable. We had a very good dinner in the evening, and in the morning a good breakfast with a great view from the restaurant of the second floor. All the staff was very friendly.
