It is right on the promenade overlooking Lake Constance, has two balconies, large rooms, extremely clean and very well appointed. It has everything you could wish for in a home including a great selection of teas. Maria, the host, shows care and hospitality in all the little touches including chocolates on the pillows and a welcome bottle of wine. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The accommodations exceeded all expectations. The property was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Whether it was the cozy, well-appointed room or the peaceful garden to unwind in, every detail was carefully thought out to ensure guests felt at home. The location is ideal for anyone seeking to explore the beauty of Switzerland. Leutswil offers the tranquility of rural life while being conveniently close to major attractions, scenic hikes, and charming towns. Whether you’re looking to enjoy a peaceful walk through the hills or venture out for a day trip to nearby cities, the location is perfect for all types of travelers. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to experience Switzerland in all its glory. Featuring free WiFi and a restaurant, the historic Hotel Porto Sofie Gottlieben is located in a 17th century building on the river bank, right across a nature reserve. This hotel was beyond all expectations! Beautiful room, wonderful staff, excellent location. There is a special calmness on the river there. We wish we could have stayed longer! The food was fabulous.
