Hostal América is a brand new Mediterranean-style building, located in Puerto Natales and run by its owners. The property also offer free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The nice and attendive staff, great hospitality, and they offered everything that makes your stay comfortable after the long and tiring tours! We could even have tea in the breakfast hall during the day. The shower was immediately and perfecty hot (which was unfortunately uncommon in other parts of Chile that we stayed in) and the beds are super comfy, I also really like the authentic athmosphere that the hostal has :) Regarding breakfast at early hours before tours: they are very flexible, and let us have breakfast earlier and very fast🥰 Thank you for everything, If I ever come back to Puerto Natales, I will definitely choose this place again!!

Hotel Vendaval was charming and lovely, with very friendly and helpful hotel staff who spoke English. The roof top deck and bar were awesome - fantastic views. Also had a great view from the room! The breakfast was good and a great way to start the day. The location is fantastic - easy to walk to everything in town and a short drive to the bus terminal. They were able to hold our luggage while we went hiking in the Torres del Paine National Park (we booked several nights here before and after our trek). Highly recommend, and would happily go back!

It feels like you are a guest in Gustav and Pedro’s house. We stayed five nights and were very comfortable. A great kitchen and lounge area to spend time if the weather is bad outside! This is by far the best hostel I ever stayed in, worldwide. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. The dorm beds are extremely comfortable. You get a towel, earplugs and a candy. Showers are excellent. At some night the host invited everyone spontaneously for a pizza and beer night. Best vibe ever
