I arrived at 0100am and I had just travelled 18 hours to get to Guangzhou. I was exhausted. I arrived and they said my room was taken. I was so tired the night manager upgraded me to a suite. I had the biggest room and it was lovely. The view the location and atmosphere was just amazing.

Our room had a wonderful view on the Yuexiu Park. The room and hotel overall are very clean thanks to the staff. The concierge team including Curren, Steven and Eric are very friendly and welcoming, they helped us a lot. Overall our experience was very pleasant and comfortable.
