The service at this hotel is excellent. They offered free airport transportation. Pei-Pei offered her good service for ticket booking to the national parks. Each day we received a very useful explanation from her about the sightseeing route and suggestions, she speaks perfect English. The room is very clean and spacious, plenty of drinking water was provided. The breakfast is plentiful. The location is very good, approx. 15 minutes walking distance from the south entrance. It is very peaceful during the night, ensuring a good sleep. We had one dinner in the hotel. The quality of the food is average compared to the price charged.

Raibow at the reception was wonderful knowledgable and helpful - in perfect English, a rarity in China. My room was very cosy and beautiful, the duvet fantastic and the bathroom spacious, with great water pressure. The hotel is very close to the cable car to the Tianmen Mountain, making it the perfect stay around there. There are also many options for food, drink and shopping nearby as well as transport to the National Park.

The hospitality was incredible — he treated us to a traditional tea ceremony and even invited us to his cozy bar for some drinks and fascinating stories about the city’s history. Some more perks await you, but these are to be discovered once you get here. When our flight got canceled, he went above and beyond, helping us secure new train tickets. He also offered us a late checkout, which was super convenient. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Fenghuang itself is like stepping into another world, with its enchanting riverside views and ancient streets. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay — this place is a gem! Highly recommend to anyone visiting this beautiful city!

We received all the relevant information in advance from Carol and she was always available when we needed her help or had some questions. She even booked the tickets for the park late at night for us since we arrived in the evening. The room was big, clean and comfortable. It was really quiet at night and we could rest perfectly. The hotel stuff was so friendly and helpful as well. The entrance to the park is really close (approx. 5 min walking distance) and there are a lot of restaurants in the area. I can highly recommend this hotel if you want to visit the park!

She helped us with everything, got us tickets, and gave us important information. She was always attentive. She gave us ice cream and a gift at the end of our stay. I highly recommend the hotel, its location, and the staff.

I liked everything, especially our dear Cherry, who speaks very well english and helped us a lot with everything we need, also taking tickets at good price for National Park and others,explaining what to do there. The location is few minutes walking from the entrance of Wulingyuan Scenic Area. Lot of tasty and cheap food near hotel. Room clean, very nice, everyday change towels, give you free water, also coffee if you want. I am so happy i choose this one, and met her and her family. They are devotated and help you with all you need.Also help us book train tickets. Learn us how to come and go by bus, to be cheaper. It is 2 minutes from bus station. The area very nice to walk and enjoy. If i could, i would give more than 10.
