The hotel's location in New Alamein City, Cairo, was excellent and very convenient for accessing various key areas in the city. However, the hotel activities were quite weak and did not meet expectations. One of the standout positives was the hospitality team, who were very pleasant to deal with. This was the only truly beautiful aspect I found about the hotel.

The location is great, the pool was shiny, I stayed for a single night but my family really enjoyed the time that we have spent The garden is well looked ver and the rooms are brand new and bathrooms are spotless and has no bad smell.
