A special thank you to Sara at check-in – she was incredibly friendly and helpful, setting the tone for a great stay. Adam was also very kind and assisted us with our car, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, and all the staff were extremely service-minded and attentive throughout our stay. The buffet offered a great variety of fresh, tasty food, and we especially enjoyed our meal at the Krystal restaurant – truly excellent! The location of the hotel is perfect, and the pool area was well-organized with plenty of available sunbeds. We especially liked the pergolas, which offered a nice shaded area to relax out of the sun.

This property is set a short distance from attractions such as Poema Del Mar Aquarium and Centro Comercial Las Arenas. The hotel owner, Andrés, was outstanding. When we couldn't get a cab to a concert he drove us to the theater. He allowed us to stay later after our check-out expired. He offered helpful sightseeing tips and was always quick to respond. The hotel is centrally located and is very quiet.

Located in a quiet area, in tropical gardens, Palm Oasis Maspalomas offers views of Maspalomas Dunes or the Atlantic Ocean. Heated in winter, the outdoor pools include waterfalls, hot tubs and a slide. Amazing stay and very very clean, cleaners were exceptional. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Huge rooms, well equipped and very beautiful surroundings.

Thanks to the hotel’s unbeatable location, it offers spectacular views over a 6 km stretch of sand dunes and the ocean that bathes them. This 5-star hotel is flooded by daylight and has a functional and urban interior and décor. I guess the best location near Maspalomas Dunas, great dining, excellent staff - really friendly not too big, not too small, no children, we were completely satisfied

Doña Rosa Bungalows have reception with night service, where staff can arrange bicycle hire and provide information about the area. Located in a quiet area, there are many bars and restaurants within a 5-minute walk of the complex. Yumbo Shopping Centre is around 900 metres away, and free parking can be found nearby. Amazing place!!! Clean, great swimming pool. One is cold and the second is warmed. That’s is nice if you have kids. Professional and very kind service at the property. Location is a big advantage as well! 10 points from our family 😘
