This is an extraordinary hotel. It is a beautifully restored 16th Century building. The common area is magical. My room was very comfortable. Breakfast was a gourmet treat. It is individually served, not a buffet. This is luxury at an affordable price. And the hotel is right in the heart of the old city.

The hotel is housed in a Renaissance-Gothic building from the 16th century, and is one of the town´s most important and emblematic buildings, that was originally the Count and Countess' (Salcedos´)... This hotel is in a - used to be - palace, simply beautiful. It has a really good charm feeling. At the reception the wooden floor ceiling is simply amazing. The receptionist was friendly. The room was very comfortable, the beds super comportable. Everything very clean. Location is good, only a few minutes walk from the major sights and even the street where it is located has a lot of beautiful and historical sights. One of the most memorable hotels I have ever stayed in. The city is really nice with good restaurants around.
