Situated in Rennes, Apparts' Rennes BnB Duhamel- Centre Gare is 200 metres from Les Champs Libres and 290 metres from Rennes Train Station. The property features an inner courtyard and a flowered garden. Free WiFi is also provided throughout the property. Contactless entry was seamless (I was skeptical)! The code worked on time and they accommodated my one hour earlier checkin. The building is located off the street with a wonderfully quaint entry area that accommodates parking but we did not have a car. There was a lovely sitting area in the courtyard and the whole place was wonderfully quiet with zero street noise! Rooms are a bit small, but bigger than most in Europe. Kitchenette was well equipped.

This renovated, 19th-century mansion sits in the residential area of Saint-Servan, right at the mouth of the Rance River just 400 metres from the beach. It is 2 km from the town centre and offers individually decorated rooms with flat-screen TV. I loved the welcoming, cozy atmosphere! The staff was always available and eager to greet me. I wanted to practice my French, so everyone slowed down their speaking for me. The bed was comfy and the room super clean. My room had a little balcony to enjoy on sunny days. :)
