The rooms are fantastic—spacious, well-designed, and the addition of a small kitchen with a full-size fridge is a great bonus, especially in the city centre. Everything was spotless, and the A/C kept the air fresh and comfortable throughout our stay. The location is, of course, unbeatable, sitting on the top floor of St James Quarter. Parking was an absolute breeze—you simply park in the main shopping mall’s underground garage, where there are plenty of spaces. It cost only £26 for two nights after getting the ticket validated at reception. If I’m not mistaken, £26 is the maximum charge, meaning even for a week-long stay, you’d only pay that amount as long as you don’t take the car out.

The personnel were very helpful, sweet and accommodating. The room was very nice and the whole boat gave a sort of Agatha Christie-vibe (in a positive way^^). The bar served amazing drinks! The location was good too, only a few minutes from the tram station.

It is an extremely central location, BUT it was also very quiet. The decor was lovely and the flat was extremely comfortable.

Extremely well located, only 15 mins by foot from the city centre and 20 minutes from Edinburgh castle, the apartments are extremely comfortable and spacious. We had apt 1, 4 and 9, all 1 bedroom apartments, made out of a bedroom and a living room/ kitchenette. We enjoyed the street view from apartment 4 ( located on the ground floor), the outdoor terrace from apartment 1 ( lower ground floor situated) and the tranquility of apartment 9. We expected apartment 4 to be noisy due to the location on the ground floor but we didn’t feel at all disturbed by the comings and goings. The living room however being street oriented was a bit noisy due to the traffic, but that can’t be helped due to the positioning of the apartment.

Malt House Apartments se nachází v samém srdci města Edinburgh, pouhé 2 minuty chůze od západního konce ulice Princes Street, a nabízí moderní apartmány umístěné v budově spojené s výrobou whisky. Everything was great. Would definitely choose this property over others: it's clean, modern, functional, In a quiet st... etc My only suggestion is....Something to block the doors open as it is a bit annoying to not be able to keep the door open between the bathroom area and the bedroom
