It is very clean and comfortable. The pictures don’t do it justice, in reality it’s so much better. I would highly recommend booking this home. Katerina was a great host, very kind and responsive. It’s a very authentic island home with all the comforts needed. Stayed here with my 6 and 8 year old and they also loved it.

The kitchen is small, but good enough for making simple meals. The view is amazing. We appreciated the water, juice, coffee, tea, honey, etc. It really is a great place to stay.

Featuring mountain views, Patmos Villas offers accommodation with patio, around 300 metres from Groikos Beach. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. Thomas and his family took such good care of us! We highly recommend this place for groups of friends and families. Their family compound is beautifully laid out, with shade trees and outdoor seating. We enjoyed breakfast and evening tea on our back porch. The facilities are simple and nice, with all needed amenities, and housekeeping was like at a hotel. Thomas' father even shared pomegranates with us from the family's orchard! Will definitely consider visiting again!

Took us to the monastery to beaches. Gave us fruit and veggies from hud property. Picked us up from the ferry and dropped us back. A wonderful host made us feel so at home. A wonderful stay would come back again. It was lovely!
