Excellent and new property at a very convenient place. Very close to everything. The rooms are very stylish, new and spacious but most importantly they smell and feel clean. The sheets, the pillowcases, the room itself and the property in general, smell of cleanliness. On top of that, Hera, the property manager is fantastic. She welcomed us very warmly, was very attentive and helpful with everything and really added the personal touch to our stay! Breakfast was great as well! I totally recommend this property!! ( And this is a review from a person who overnights in hotels more than 6 months a year)

Great location- 5 minutes by foot to anything you might need on the island- the city beach, supermarket, bakery, restaurant, bus stop for other beaches, bike rentals, etc. And at the same time tucked into a quiet side street, providing no noise and peaceful balcony views and sleep. The staff is very helpful, kind and non intrusive. The sheets and towels are changed daily, rooms cleaned, water provided, and the AC works great! I cannot recommend this hotel enough! We had a perfect stay and since we were there for 12 nights they even upgraded our room for free!!!

L’accoglienza dei proprietari e dello staff… in particolare Mirko e Adriana , i due gestori. Il primo, Mirko, è stato sempre attento e bravo a soddisfare tutte le nostre esigenze, dai Transfer, ai consigli sulle spiagge e sui ristoranti fino al noleggio dello scooter( mezzo affidabilissimo ed ottimo prezzo). La seconda, Adriana, ci ha deliziato con tutte le cose buone preparate a colazione. Tutto rigorosamente homemade è squisito, sia per il dolce che per il salato. La struttura è nuova e ben curata e la posizione è ottimale. Ci piacerebbe tornarci, davvero al top

I loved everything about this property, the room is very nicely done, very comfy bed, spacious, there is a sofa, big balcony, coffee machine with daily supply of capsules, tea and water, the shower is extremely nice and also the toiletries are 1st class, all made in Greece. The room is cleaned daily with daily change of bedding and towels. The breakfast is amazing, you will find everything there and their coffee is excellent as well as pastries and fruits. The staff is the best, they listen to any request and make sure they fulfill it. I am truly impressed by this place and will definitely come again! And also I forgot to mention the location of this property is perfect, close to Harbour and downtown. So I give it 20 out of 10

In una posizione attraente nel quartiere Spetses New Port di Spetses, Villa Anesis è ubicato a 60 metri da Museo Bubulina, 300 metri da Porto di Spetses e 500 metri da Spetses Museum. Lia and Ina were fabulous. The place was so nice we extended our stay by 5 days
