All of the staff (from reception to housekeeping, restaurant, bar and wellness) was very kind and hard working, they did a phenomonal job. The hotel itself has been terrific. Great room (parking lot side), very comfortable, no noise, clean, good climate control. Food was on par as well, couldn't wish for anything else. The same goes for the wellness. To have private access to the balaton lake was an amazing bonus.

We were able to check in earlier and the self check-in instructions were received on time. Easy to reach from center and bus station. Great place to stay

The guest-centric and family-friendly hotel is located in the centre of Zalakaros, right next to Zalakaros Thermal and Medicinal Spa. All inclusive, was really an all inclusive, with food and drinks available all the time. The room is cosy and large, while the wellness centre was great. There is a lot of walking area available and you can use the pathways to enjoy the nature around the hotel. Playroom for kids is simple but nicely equipped with everything needed. Although there were a bunch of people during holidays, the staff managed quite good to handle everything.

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. The location was ideal — close to major attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality.

Very good location, clean and nice hotel after renovations, nice SPA area and big choice of procedures. Helpful and friendly staff. Food was delicious, big choice and menu changes every day.

This hotel features a spa area and a garden with a pool, the Batthyány Kastélyszálló is located west of Heviz and Lake Balaton. It features on-site tennis court, a playground and a restaurant. The property was beautiful, clean, and extremely well kept! Also, the staff was incredibly kind and professional. I loved this spot and will return in the future!
