The view from the balcony is very scenic, reminding me of Austria and Switzerland. Their services are speedy and the staff are generous and helpful. We arrived quite late at midnight and forgot to bring baby milk but on request to the staff, they arranged it even though the restaurant was closed. The best part I liked about the hotel was the food. We stayed for 5 days and on each day they had something new on the breakfast menu. The food was overall very delicious. The swimming pools are well maintained. You will definitely enjoy the view from the infinity pool. And with the family and baby, we also had a great time in the indoor activity area. The location is also very good, quite close to the main attractions.
