The Bastione Spasimo Boutique Hotel personnel were amazing! We had a misfortune and missed our flight, so we weren't able to check in at the agreed time (we arrived well past midnight), but nevertheless the personnel recorded a video just for us and sent it via WhatsApp where they explained the whole procedure of how to enter the hotel using a code, find the room keys in a locker, and navigate to our rooms. While we were stranded at the airport, lol, they prepared everything for us and even asked to leave a breakfast box for us if we planned to leave early in the morning. Rooms were modern and clean, the ceiling was spectacular, and the garden was amazing! Like a botanical garden in the city center! Unfortunately we stayed for only one night and didn't have enough time to use the pool in the garden but did manage to drink the morning coffee beside it.

There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment features family rooms. Very attractive place almost in the centre, charming flat, very clean and cozy room, parking near. Lisa is very helpfull, helped us with parking, everything was allright. Thanks!

(even sparkling) Check in/check out was quick and easy.
