Two rest rooms on the second floor and one shower room each on the first floor and second floor. Overall, we are very satisfied. Highly recommend, will stay here again next year.

The house was well supplied with conveniences like selection of coffee pods (for the coffee machine) and sugar/creamer, plastic and trash bags, condiments, paper towels and tissues. There was air conditioning for every room, including the living/dining/kitchen, which worked effectively although the weather was very hot (up to 36C during the day). Most importantly for me, the house had a car parking lot.

This is a beautiful hotel with an ideal location. There is a train station next to the property, a Lawson convenience store one block away, and several trendy clothing stores around the corner. You can easily walk north to the buzzy Nishiki area and Oasis 21/museums, and southwest to the Osu Shotengai Shopping Street. One evening I made a reservation for the hotel’s warm pool, steam room, onsen, and sauna. It was extremely relaxing and the facilities were fantastic. They even have swim suits to borrow for free. The hotel room itself was very impressive, including a nice view of the city with floor to ceiling windows. The bathroom is spacious and featured heated floors. I will stay at this hotel again.

Although the bathrooms are shared, everything is convenient and comfortable

The room came equipped with essential amenities that made our trip hassle-free, including a washing machine, hair dryer, and refrigerator—everything we needed for a convenient and comfortable stay. The location couldn't have been better! Located close to Osu Shopping Street, with many eateries nearby. Plus, the Osu Kannon Station on the metro subway was just a 10-minute walk away, making travel around Nagoya super easy. There’s even a minimart near the station, which was perfect for grabbing quick snacks and essentials. Additionally, we loved the cute board on the wall in the room that provided information about interesting places nearby, including shops, restaurants, and other attractions. It was such a thoughtful touch and helped us discover some hidden gems in the area! What truly elevated our experience was the staff. They were incredibly polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was providing local recommendations or addressing our questions.
