Staff was so helpful showing us all around the apartment so we didn't miss anything and left a little bag of goodies and some Mikan juice for us. Yukatas in the apartment were a hit with my 3 year old, they even included little ones for her Inside was so lovely and clean and nice ambience

We were very fortunate to have a chance to stay at Hakata Plus homestay. The unit was new and very clean. it was also very close to Hakatajima Bus Station. Lawson mini market was just beside the bus stop. The host Keiichi and wife were very friendly and extremely helpful. So coincident it was Cherry Blossoms at Hirakiyama Park, appreciate Keiichi to drive us there for sunset view. We were so excited to see the beautiful Sakura all over the mountain. Really appreciate his kindness to spend time for us. The homestay's view was excellent in which the window screen focuss the entire view of the beach, island and the Oshima Bridge. It was the perfect stay among many places we stayed in Japan. Highly recommended place to stay for those whose come to Hakata Island

We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse, ideal for anyone cycling the Shimanami Kaido. The area is peaceful and scenic, and it’s not too far from beautiful beaches and a local public bath, which was a great way to relax after a day of cycling while admiring the sunset. The host was very kind and welcoming, making our experience even more memorable. Highly recommended!

The guesthouse is located in a beautiful location at the foothills of some mountains on Yuge island. It's quiet but restaurants and convenience store are easily accessible by bike. Was truly a unique experience. Koji was also an excellent host. Would strongly recommend!

The host was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was incredibly clean and orderly. Traditional japanese housing but at the same time had a feeling of modernity. I was impressed by the attention to detail on all amenities present in the accommodation. The bed was so comfortable. It has a perfect location for those cycling the Shimanami Kaido. Keep in mind that it is a shared house, so you will be sharing the same common spaces with others staying, although this was no issue for me. I would highly recommend Omishima Space and I hope to be back in future!

This host knows what her guests would enjoy in the area and offers helpful supports. She organised lifts to a nearby hot springs and booked the best Japanese restaurant in the area for dinner. We had a very comfortable stay and would love to go back to Omishima island again.

しまなみ海道お宿ぽんぽこ poskytuje ubytování v destinaci Imabari. Henjou-in Temple je 30 km odtud a Kawara Museum 30 km. This place was perfect! It looks like it’s too far down or not a middle point but it actually works really well if you’re going all the way to Imabari. We cycled from Onomichi to our stay and made it in right around 6pm. We took the bikes for food nearby, our host, Ai, recommended some nice places! The room was absolutely amazing: it was spacious, very pretty, and clean! The restroom was outside the rooms, also very spacious and clean. The next day, Ai helped us with our itinerary. We were tired from the day before so we wanted to take some ferries. She wrote down all the information for us and gave us very good pointers and highly suggested the best viewpoint in the island that was totally worth it. We made it to our next destination safely and on time thanks to our host. We’d definitely go back and stay for more time. This town has a lot to see and the accommodation was just amazing!
