Star House 3 is a triumph in the use of space and refreshing air flow through the whole unit. It is well appointed, comfortable, and clean. It has a luxurious king size bed with high quality linen. Staff are friendly and unobtrusive.

Shela Bliss poskytuje sdílený lounge, terasu a sdílenou kuchyň. Pláž Manda Beach je 400 metrů odtud. It was one of the most memorable stays I’ve had. The house is a traditional Swahili house, with a beautiful terrace and views, a tastefully decorated interior with all the necessary amenities and a well stacked kitchen, which is always a plus with kids. Our host Abadalla is quite simply the best host I’ve ever had - and we travel quite a bit. He was kind, thoughtful and basically carefully planned our entire stay, coordinating tours, recommending awesome local spots and day activities along the way. He took take of it all, from airport pick up, to sunset Dhow, to Lamu tour, he negotiated the prices and made the trip ultra smooth. He also served us beautiful breakfast every morning, with a large variety of fruits, Swahili pastries, omelettes, etc. He also stocked the fridge and made sure we always had drinking water for a very reasonable fee. The nicest and warmest guy, who also shared many special moments with us, and shared stories and history of Lamu as well. We would highly recommend Shela Bliss to anyone. An outstanding experience!

Chris is an amazing host. The house is lovely, perfectly located and very reasonably priced. I was solo travelling and felt very safe at Sai Shanti!

Very warm and friendly reception. Beyond expectations! We were initially doubting to book due to a false comment of bathroom privacy issue, but we took chances and had a lovely stay, bathroom/shower is separated with locking mechanism from both sides. Host is super friendly, and greets/welcomes from Jetty, and even from Airport offers pickup service, which feels like home. We broke a glass accidently and they were cool about it too. Very accommodating, always at service to take us around as historical alleys there don't show up in Maps. We will return for sure.

Super clean and beautiful house in the heart of Lamu, you are closed to the port and the main street. A few minutes away from the fort. It is super accessible! On top of that the staff is great with a really detailed attention in keeping the rooms tidy every single day and multiple times a day + a chef that cooked us the most delicious dishes + they arrange transport depending on your needs ! The perfect mix to just lay back and enjoy your holidays!

Milimani Villa-Fully airconditioned Villa se nachází v destinaci Shela a poskytuje venkovní bazén, zahradu, sdílený lounge a ubytování s bezplatným Wi-Fi a výhledem na hory. The house is wonderful, spacious, luxury and quiet. Bassam is a great host and the staff are excellent too. We had a great time exploring from here or just enjoying doing nothing much at all. It is a bit outside Shela, but not that far and a nice village walk.

It was such a fun stay and different than all our other hotels on our trip. Totally recommend the 3rd floor room because it has its own balcony. The breezes in the morning out there were incredible. Jamhuri was a great host and helped us book a walking tour and sunset dhow. Will be back!
