I really enjoyed everything about my stay! The room had a very comfortable bed, excellent WiFi connection, and powerful air conditioning. The cleanliness was outstanding throughout my entire visit. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. They offered me access to their spa room before check-in and after check-out since my arrival and departure times were very early in the morning and late at night. This was very helpful after a long journey. I loved the room extras - they gave me Khmer desserts, fresh fruits, water, clean towels, and even mosquito spray which was very helpful. The location was great and they let me use bicycles for free to get around the city, which made my trip more fun. There were many good restaurants and cafes nearby. Considering everything they offered, the value was exceptional - I would definitely recommend this hotel. Everything was perfect and better than I expected!

It was my best stay in Cambodia, the family is the kindest family I have met! They will do everything to make you happy ! The bungalow is super clean and confortable,the terrasse is a maxi bonus where they serve the breakfast. I highly recommend the place, near all the activities and if you want to go to the city they can easily drive you there.

It is a real homestay where you will have the opportunity to meet a wonderful family and have all the confort you need. They will be able to help you organise cooking class, tuktuk tours, bus booking... We had dinner and breakfast with the family and felt just like home, while learning a lot about khmer real life. One of our best experiences in Cambodia!

The room is clean and spacious. Bun is a really nice guy who speaks very good English and organizes a very fun tour. His family is very kind as well and you can borrow his bike(s). I recommend staying here whenever you are in Battambang, it is so worth it!

We had some traditional rooms while other guests stayed in beautiful lodges with shared bathroom. Everything working just fine (lights, wi-fi, hot water, electricity, etc.) This place is set a few kilometers away from the city, in a quiet, 35-family village. Easily reachable by car or even tuk-tuk. Great place to relax from the noise of the city. Pisey has cooked several meals for us - her cooking is excellent, with just fresh ingredients she sources from the village and markets. We also took her cooking class, which I highly recommend. No skills needed, she will take your from zero to home-made fish hamock in no time, including fetching ingredients from the garden. Pisey and her family have looked after us carefully, ensuring we were always comfortable and enjoying our stay. They also actively support other small businesses in the village and their community in general. You can easily reach the old bamboo train, bat cave, phare circus, city center or other points of interest from there by tuk-tuk or taxi. There is also a resort nearby that accepts external guests to their swimming pool should you need it.

Amazing experience of staying in this wooden house, it’s like you are staying in the countryside that is very close to the city. Our hosts Ana and Sarom were very nice and friendly. We also liked breakfast with baguette:)

Family Batcave Homestay poskytuje zahradu, terasu a pokojovou službu. Killing Caves of Phnom Sampeau je 1,2 km odtud. V ubytování je dostupné Wi-Fi zdarma a na místě je k dispozici soukromé... Snídaně nám naprosto vyrazila dech, jelikož byla vynikající, paní domu je úžasná kuchařka a dopřála nám tradiční khmérskou kuchyni. Lepší místo jsme si vybrat ani nemohli, jelikož bydlet přímo pod horou s netopýří jeskyní, je pro milovníky netopýrů splněným snem. Servis jehož se nám dostalo od Sara, jeho paní a celé rodiny, byl tak výjimečný, že se to nedá slovy vyjádřit a penězi ohodnotit. Mrzelo nás, že jsme nemohli zůstat déle a odjížděli jsme se slzami v očích dojetím.

Everything was amazing from the staff, to the decoration, the room and the environment. The hotel staff can arrange for you everything (circus, tuktuk, taxi). You also have one free way to the city center with tuktuk. They also take great care of you and help you if you need assistance to plan your day in battambang. The restaurant and breakfast are extremely good, specially the khmer food (try the nom ban chok). Probably the best hotel i ever visited.

An absolutely beautiful area hidden off the path with extremely friendly staff, delicious food and drinks, a gorgeous pool area and clean and comfortable rooms. If I ever make it back to Battambang, I’ll definitely plan to stay here again. Highly recommended!
