The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. Very good breakfast is included and in general the food in hotel is good. we were suggested to be met by Luxcity car at the airport. always there is a good swimming pool, gym on 24th floor. The room is big, everything is new :) and there is everything in the room we really enjoyed our stay there and now regret we stayed there for only 1 night, Really appreciate level of service in the hotel

I most certainly made the right choice. The room was amazing with a wonderful view of the pool and Royal Palace exactly as advertised. The breakfast was exceptional with choices to suit any palate. The pool was fantastic and maintained to a very high standard, there are too many positives to list. This will not be my last stay at the Palace Gate Hotel and would highly recommend this hotel.

It has both an outdoor and shaded pool and provides in-house spa facilities. They went so far out of their way for us when there was an issue. This hotel is also very beautiful. Well curated. The pool is amazing, surrounded by trees although the hotel is in the middle of the city. Our last morning there even featured a pair of hornbills (birds usually seen at a temple in town). Staff was incredibly helpful. Breakfast is included and very good. Dinner at the restaurant was also delicious. You're within walking distance of the Royal Palace and the National Museum, also to Davids Noodle, where noodles are made by hand as you watch.

The rooms are perfectly equipped, the cleanliness and the mattress were so comfortable that I felt right at home. The service of the staff is at a very high level, from the doorman and bellboy at the entrance to the reception staff, room service and waiters in the dining room on the 13th floor. I would like to especially mention the employee named Sophea from breakfast. She is an asset to the hotel and the personal service she gives to all guests together with her team is simply amazing and rare. I am sad to leave the hotel, but I will definitely return to stay at the hotel next year and recommend it to my close friends. Many thanks to the Caravan Hotel for the amazing hospitality.
