The staff and especially Jay (the owner) was very friendly, welcoming and helpful with everything we needed. He always kept an eye on all the guests to make all feel equally special. We were biking around Jeju and he let us park the bikes in the hall of the hotel to have them safely inside for the night. He also upgraded our room for free to a bigger and better one! The room was very clean, spacious, with new furniture and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was also very good, traditional korean breakfast with some continental choices as well. There was also the possibility to get a good Illy coffee in the lounge, which espresso lovers like us really appreciate :) Highly recommended!
