The property is non-smoking and is located 600 metres from Merida Bus Station. nice breakfast- fruits, cereals with milk, coffee, tea, pancakes, donuts, but banana cake was the best. clean room, beds and toilet. bedframe was sturdy, doesnt creak much when climbing. big lockers provided as well. old but well maintained. kitchen was clean and the utensils are top notch, the best ive seen so far (non stick pans plus its top grade - fry and egg and itll slide right off without sticking) near a big supermarket.

After a busy day, guests can relax on their private balcony in the hammock. Very good location. Helped with all our excursions. Manuel was so very nice and helpful. Beach was walking distance away. Pick up for our excursions was a block and 1/2 away. 5th avenue was a block away, basically right up the street. Super market walking distance, My husband bought a piece of meat it was the best meat I’ve ever had eat. Only rented a car for one day to go to Tulum. Try to go to the beach first thing in the morning so beautiful. It was very quiet and peaceful.

The beach in front of the property is gorgeous. There are hammocks in the water, swings, kayaks, paddle boards, and chairs in front of the water. The rooms are amazing and so comfortable with Netflix, air con, mini fridge, shower with hot water, etc. One of the best parts is being able to use the scooters to go all over town which is included. The property is out of the town but by having the scooters, it makes it easy to go into town. The property is super clean and the workers are very nice. Breakfast is brought to your room each morning and includes a sandwich, fruit, and pastry. It's basic but good. You get one coffee pod to make in your room per day which is good. If you want you can purchase more. Each day they also restock your mini fridge with two beers, two waters and two sodas. They also clean your room daily and the property is kept very clean. This was definitely a splurge for us but if you use all of the amenities it can be worth it.

The hotel is so beautiful and has the best lake view. Breakfast is great and the rooms very comfortable. We definitely going to come back here we loved it!
