The apartment was modern, spacious and very clean, with a stunning rooftop infinity pool offering amazing views. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh choices, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout. Special thanks to Joe Ann for her great support with our reservation. A perfect mix of comfort, value and location — highly recommend.

The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to numerous attractions, restaurants, and bars. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The bed was super comfy, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a day of adventures. The common area is spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing or socializing. There’s always something fun happening every night, from movie nights and pool tournaments to live acoustic performances, making it easy to meet fellow travelers and enjoy the community vibe. The real standout is the staff. Every one of them was incredibly welcoming and friendly, going out of their way to make sure guests feel at home. Their hospitality truly enhanced the experience, and it’s a big reason why I’d return to this hostel the next time I visit Penang. It’s a wonderful hostel with a perfect mix of comfort, activities, and exceptional service. Highly recommend!
