You can immediately tell that all the staffs were genuinely delighted to have you at the lodge and would want it to be the best experience for you. The rooms are very well equipped and very comfortable. Views were stunning. There's in room heating and even the floors and bath rooms are heated. It was a nice and cosy night stay. Our trip was cut short due to bad weather but that wasn't a problem. We got a refund and no further questions asked. Theg certainly set a sky high benchmark in customer service and experience .

Easy check in system with clear instructions. Our room was very clean and warm, and we had a perfect view of the sea, coast, and humpridge from our window. The dinner prepared by Larisa was delicious, and our conversations with she and Ton made us feel like we were eating a beautiful dinner prepared by friends. Thanks Larisa and Ton.
