We arrived very early in the morning due to an early flight, and they immediately offered us several options to make our wait more comfortable. We were even given early check-in, access to breakfast, and allowed into our room ahead of time – it was absolutely perfect. Truly outstanding service that made all the difference. Highly recommended!

And her lovely colleague made a phone call for sending my suitcase to fixed. The room was sparkling clean and housekeeping was done every day. Homemade breakfast was tasty and the customers were friendly and easy going. I had a wonderful time here and wish could back again.

I traveled alone to study Spanish at the Lima Spanish School directly across the street from the hotel. The hotel was also five minutes from the Pacific Ocean and across the street from a full access gym. The staff took care of me. They watched out for me like family, treated me like a queen, helped me practice my Spanish and even helped with my homework. More than anything, the staff was amazing. I loved the staff there, especially Luis, Diego, Yomer, Angelica, Antonio.. and Taxi Driver Willie. Oh, did I mention it's centrally located and very safe to walk at night even as a woman walking along!
