The place was great! They let us check our bags in way earlier than we were supposed to andbthey were soooo nice about it. The appliances worked well and there was an AC and working hot shower. The are was very safe too! The owners were nice and it was near a 7/11 (5 to 10 minute walk). Overall, if given a chance, I'd stay there again.

Beautiful area . Very close to Mayan Volcano 🌋...I highly recommend this property . One of the best . I travel the Philippines . This has been our best resort experience . We will never forget our time spent there . Very special . We will be back .

First I would like to thank the host, shes very nice to us and very accommodating. The property was clean, the place has a great view and they also prepare toiletries for us. The bed was so comfortable and their AC was great! We will come back here again soon surely. Thank you again Maam🙂

Just have to try to get there before 9am as pickings will be reduced by that time. Great views of Mayon. The staff is super friendly and welcoming! I’d highly recommend staying here. Wanted a room with a window, fixed right away, had TV issues, fixed right away, needed ice for my drinks, and they grabbed it right away for me. Awesome! Good views of Mayon too!

Located in the heart of Legaspi and offering views of Mayon Volcano, Balai Tinay Guesthouse features air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. This was a great experience to stay a traditional Filipina Guesthouse. It was so comfy and lots of places you can enjoy or relax. Breakfast in the morning was great, it was extra however which I knew. You can walk across the bridge and one block away is the Robinson.
