We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. From the terrace and one of the bedrooms there is a stunning view of the entire bay, where you can even enjoy the sunrise – absolutely perfect for relaxing moments. The apartment was cleaned every day, with the beds made and the trash taken out, which made our stay very comfortable. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink and a cold towel – such a thoughtful touch after our trip. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking – pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and even basics like oil, salt, spices, and other essentials. We were also kindly provided with jam as a starter, which was a lovely detail. The location is excellent – very close to the port, which makes it perfect for exploring Praslin and the rest of the island by car. There’s also a shop nearby, which is very convenient. Just a small tip: when you drive from the port, don’t take the turn that Google Maps suggests. The correct turn actually comes earlier, and it’s clearly marked with a Belle Rose sign. We missed it the first time and ended up on the opposite side of the house, where you can see it but can’t access it. 😅 The owners are extremely kind and helpful. They patiently answered all of our questions and promptly took care of every request we had. Since we couldn’t find any available rental cars online upon arrival, I asked the owner if he could help us, and he managed to arrange one right away – the car was waiting for us at the port when we arrived by ferry. He even made a reservation for us to visit Anse Georgette, which we truly appreciated. Overall, this apartment and the hospitality exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Praslin! 🌴✨

Vše čisté, připravené. Byl nám umožněn pozdní check out. Všichni milí, ochotní. Jen malý detail-chybí čajové lžičky.

Ocean Blue Bay se nachází v destinaci Anse Volbert Village a poskytuje venkovní bazén, zahradu, terasu, bar, vybavení pro grilování a výhled na moře. Gorgeous. The room was large and with beautiful features including a thoughtfully-appointed kitchenette; even the cookware was really nice. Large closet and multiple luggage racks. Beautiful views to the sea. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool but it looked nice and also has a view to the water. Air con and shower both worked great. It’s walking distance to a restaurant, bus stop, and a beach, but a little isolated otherwise so a car or plan to use the bus is advisable. There is a small store within walking distance to purchase staples. If we had more time (and rental car) this is a property we would have loved to use as a base for exploring Praslin.
