Super comfy beds that are big and you get good privacy in the shared rooms. The room is comfortably airconditioned. Staff is very friendly and very helpful also thinking about personal needs. I feel welcome here and find this a unique place having traveled many countries and staying in many hostels. The facilities are good. Personal safe for every bed, plenty toilets, plenty showers. When fully booked it doesn’t feel crowded. Many friendly solo travelers that have become good friends! A hidden gem for sure!

What an awesome place to stay! Having stayed in a variety of facilities in Chiang Mai in the past, this was by far the best. The staff are so kind, communicative, and helpful. The hotel is very clean and orderly, and it's located in an exceptionally quiet alley, which is a very short walk from the Old City. My 4th floor room had a mountain view. The rooms are spacious, with a massive bed and plenty of pillows; a minifridge; great AC; hot water and good water pressure in the shower; and couldn't hear a thing from the other rooms. What's more, every day the staff leave a basket of water bottles and toiletries outside your door. Truly enjoyed my relaxing stay, and I hope these staff get their due praise.
