The staff are so professional and is ready to help you anytime. Really loved their hospitality as they would go extra mile to meet your needs and make your stay more comfortable especially Sweet and Joy made my birthday so memorable by surprising me with a birthday cake which was overwhelming. There’s an adorable ginger cat that keeps wandering around this beautiful resort; he is very friendly. Please if you see him do feed him, he will love you for the rest of his life. Honestly I can’t wait for my next visit.

Located a 5-minute walk from Kata Beach, Chanalai Flora Resort features 2 swimming pools with swim-up bars, a kid’s pool, 2 dining outlets and a kid’s club. We were pleasantly impressed by the kindness of the staff, who always welcome you and offer advice with a smile. The whole team is very well structured and ready to make your stay as much comfortable as possible. The Breakfast buffet is simply outstanding, everything you may like is available, and the egg corner for your fresh omelette is great! The room was also perfect, very comfortable bed, a clean and nice bathroom and a private terrace with also a partial sea view, wow! Everything was beautiful and taken care of in the smallest details. The staff was very attentive and well-prepared. Everyone was very good, but one young woman named Miss Vee, restaurant service attendant, stood out for her skill, talent, kindness, and abilities. During our stay at the Veranda Resort, we always had lunch and dinner at the restaurant thanks to the good cuisine but also thanks to the great professionalism and empathy of Miss Vee. We really felt great here.

This is important to me. This property is a gem! Relaxing and spacious. If you’re visiting theres a GORGEOUS hidden beach that comes with your stay. I was amazed. The other beaches in Rawai weren’t as pretty. You won’t be disappointed.
