I liked the owner so much, so respectful, always there to help, and very kind hearted For the facilities, it is so clean and comfortable, and the 2 ACs really helped with Tunisian summer. Te location is so good, 8 minutes walk from la marsa beach which is a really good beach. I totally recommend this place for your stay

This was maybe the best property we have stayed in all Tunisia! Everything needed for a short or longer stay was available, it was super clean and in a very good location. The host was always responsive and keen to help! I recommend 200%!

I was even late for breakfast by half an hour one day and the owner offered to make me some food with a smile on his face. Apart from the welcoming vibe, the place feels like a peaceful oasis amidst the bustle of La Marsa that awaits when you step outside of the premises. I was most taken back by the open plan kitchen/lounge area where breakfast is served which feels Tunisian with a bit of a modern twist. A really thought out interior where you can feel the attention to detail. Anyway I could carry on for a while but I loved this place. The people and the simple and tasty breakfasts make it all the worth while. Local shops are also very close by if you need to get cash, a phone card or grab a bite, nearest beach is a 5/10 minute walk. Thank you Dar El Kif, wish you all the best!

Dar Corniche La Marsa (Adults Only) se nachází v destinaci La Marsa a má venkovní bazén, zahradu, sdílený lounge a terasu. Everything was just perfect. The host is very nice and welcoming. The place is safe, clean, and authentic. The breakfast is amazing with sea view. Homemade jam bakery is so delicious. The host also gave us suggestions on where to go it shows he really loves what he is doing you can feel it in every detail, I rarely write reviews but I did for this one. A ne pas rater

Moc pěkně zařízený nově postavený penzion v tradičním stylu. Velmi ochotná paní domu. Poradila se vším co jsme potřebovali. Tradiční s nídaně byla pěkně připravená a velmi dobrá. Druhý den nám připravila i výbornou tradiční večeři.

The 18, Marsa Guest House se nachází v destinaci La Marsa v regionu Tunis Governorate a nabízí zahradu. Said and Faten were the ultimate hosts - think more how AirBnB used to/should be than unintimate hotel booking. We arrived very late with no internet connection but thanks to Said's great instructions and prearrival WhatsApp communication we found the place with no problems and Said was there ready to welcome us. The terrace area was very private and perfect for a glass of wine at night, which Said made us feel very comfortable to do in his back garden! Simba the cat kept us company and the roof terrace was perfect for a morning tea. We stayed in the smaller, double room. It was everything we needed for two nights but keep in mind it is small, intimate and the bathroom delivers little privacy :) There is parking right outside the secure and locked front door and the little town is just a few minutes walk away with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants near the beach. I recommend the 360 rooftop bar in La Marsa for drinks (only a couple of places in town sell alcohol) and Carthage for a day trip (St Louis Cathedral is stunning). We would absolute stay here again - many thanks to Said for the warm welcome to Tunisia :)

I would also recommend the stay because of the location, it's central and everything is easy reachable. Great appartment as well, generally 10/10!
