Everything was top-notch and exceeded my expectations. 🔹 Cleanliness: The rooms were spotless and regularly sanitized. Everything was neat and gave a great sense of comfort. 🔹 Respect and Service: The staff was extremely professional, always welcoming with a smile and attentive to every detail. 🔹 Food: The breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious and varied. The food was always fresh and of high quality. 🔹 Swimming Pools: The pools were clean and well-maintained. There were several pools for both adults and children to enjoy. 🔹 Beach: The private beach was one of the cleanest I’ve seen — peaceful, safe, and perfect for relaxing. 🔹 Location: Perfectly situated near the heart of Hammamet and close to all the main attractions. Honestly, this won’t be my last visit! A big thank you to the hotel management and the entire team for their warm hospitality and excellent service. The property was big and beautiful. There are many floors and it is specifically decorated with taste. Also it felt safe with all the doors and locks before you actually get to your room. The staff upgraded us to a bigger room after some time because of our own hick-up with the reservation: so i must say that the customer service was excellent and easy.

We loved it all and would stay again and have already recommended to our friends. We loved the walking distance to the Medina and restaurants.
