The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help without even being asked. A special thank you to Ms. Fatima, who supported us so much throughout our stay. The team frequently checked in to make sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. We received a free upgrade to a sea-view room, which was a lovely surprise. Even though it’s winter and some facilities were closed, we still enjoyed our time very much. The food was varied and delicious — there were five main meals throughout the day, plus snacks in between. Our room was clean and comfortable. On Fridays and Wednesdays, they offer sushi in the Asian restaurant — it was okay, but the variety could be better (there were only six types of sushi). The only issue we had was with the air conditioning in the room. It seemed a bit old, and we couldn’t set it to cold mode. The first two nights were a bit warm, even after we turned it off. Overall, everything was very good, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back!

What makes this hotel truly special is the atmosphere. The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, and even the guests were warm and friendly, we met so many wonderful people. A heartfelt thank you to Kuntay at the pool bar, Mehmet the restaurant manager, and Şivan at the reception. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay even more memorable, and the owner is truly lucky to have them. The hotel feels like two charming villages surrounded by nature, with exotic pathways and lush greenery. Everything is spotless, modern, and luxurious, and every detail is perfectly thought out. Just 10 minutes by taxi to Alanya, with a smooth airport transfer from Antalya for €25 per person, everything is made easy. I have traveled to more than 40 countries, yet I have rarely seen a hotel so flawless. Ada Port is not just a place to stay, it is an experience I will never forget.

Three Points Hotel — это отель, расположенный в городе Бельдиби. К услугам гостей сезонный открытый бассейн, сад, частный пляж и общий лаундж. Отдыхала с 9 по 15 октября, при входе в отель сразу встречает тебя ухоженная чистая территория и лобби. Номер не был ещё готов т. к приехала очень рано, сказали немного подождать и я пошла в ресторан на завтрак, ресторане очень чисто. Где то в 10.00 утра я была уже в номере с балконом и видом на бассейн и море. Номер был очень чистый. Территория ухоженная, еда в ресторане была очень разнообразная и очень вкусная на 10 звёзд!!!!! Море близко, свой пляж, море очень чистое но без тапок не обойтись при заходе есть камни но буквально через 3 метра песок и прозрачное море. Отдых удался на отлично, еда супер, номер супер, персонал супер. Ещё раз приеду в этот отель.

Reception 24/7, water filter available for guests, great staff going above and beyond making sure guests have everything they need. A short walk down the stairs gets you straight into the town centre. An absolute gem!

I would like to thank Muhammed at the reception. He was extremely professional, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. He assisted us with everything we needed and always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I was truly impressed by his amazing service. The hotel itself is absolutely wonderful, beautiful, clean, and relaxing. I truly recommend it to anyone visiting Side, and I would definitely come back again.
