We were kindly given a free upgrade by this hotel. It was a comfortable stay with a large living room, two bedrooms, and a really large lanai. The lounge was also in a great location.

Located in the heart of Waikiki, 2 minutes' walk to Waikiki Beach, Halepuna Waikiki is a luxury boutique hotel surrounded by shopping and dining. The property was designed by internationally acclaimed interior design firm, Champalimaud and features works of several Hawaiian artists in partnership with The Honolulu Museum of Art public art program. This was honestly, one of the only times where I've stayed at a hotel and the room looked EXACTLY as it's shown in the photos-- Every other time you can tell the photos have been strategically taken, but not here! The location is great, the room was exceptional; the view was stunning, it's wonderfully quiet, the pool is beautiful and all the staff were incredibly helpful.

Set in Kailua-Kona, 2 km from Magic Sands Beach, The Bamboo House has a garden, parking on-site and rooms with free WiFi access. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Outdoor seating allows guests to enjoy the fresh air. Everything was just amazing. The house is beautiful, the furniture is very pretty, it’s in a quiet neighbourhood and there is only 2 rooms which is perfect if you want to avoid crowded hotels. We really felt at home. Sergio was very nice and helpful. All the equipments you can imagine are available: snorkelling equipment, bodyboard, sunshades, sunscreen etc.. We will tell our friends to go there and will come back with great pleasure!

Lovely hosts, vibe and everything was very tidy and organized. And they provided even more than I expected… especially the (reef safe) sunscreen and the beach gear was really great. 10/10

The house is amazing, its location simply stunning. Sunrise is a pleasant wake up for every morning. The room was very clean and full of every stuff you need. Our host Houston was super friendly, kind and knowledgeable about the local area. A very special place to stay - close to the beach, very remote, sleep with the sound of nature and a lovely hot tub to boot.

The atmosphere is wonderful, in the middle of a forest, calmness, silence, beautiful starry nights, jungle sounds. The lodge has everything you need, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, good wifi, everything is clean. It is very close, about a 20 minutes drive to Volcanoes National Park. I highly recommend to stay here if you visit Big Island. The hosts are so kind and helpful they really put their hearts and mind into this little lodge.
