It was in a very nice neighbourhood with lovely restaurants and a perfect location for exploring the city. The room had a great view, a wonderful shower and a large comfortable bed. The rooftop was the icing on the cake, the view you had over New York was amazing! And if you get some things to eat from the delicious Italian deli on the corner, a cold drink and that view……heaven! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, you feel right at home. Downstairs you could grab a coffee or tea for in your room or to take away and a croissant every morning was a very nice bonus. We would highly recommend it to everyone who is going to New York and wants to enjoy the city in a friendly atmosphere, we just loved it!

The staff is super friendly, the rooms are so big for NY standards and it’s right around the corner of Central Park. Would definitely stay here again

We were 4 people sleeping in the same bedroom and the room was spacious enough for all 4. very clean and comfotable beds great coffee in the room great service from all staff members would definitely book again!

The view of the Empire State Building from the 13th floor is unbeatable. The room was clean, spacious, and appeared to be newly renovated. The bed was very comfortable, and we always felt well-rested after a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping deep-cleaned our room every day. Noise from outside wasn’t really an issue on the 13th floor, even for people like us who don’t usually live in big, noisy cities. The hotel smelled great and has a beautiful little lobby with comfortable sofas and chairs. The staff was helpful, always smiling, and very polite. They even gave us a bottle of champagne because our internet connection wasn’t working. Overall, the experience was amazing.

Hotel přesně splnil moje očekávání - byl příjemný, vybavený dle fotodokumentace na BOOKING. Jedinou výhradu, a to dost podstatnou, mám k pokoji. Hotel nabízí malý pokoj, pokoj deluxe a pokoj prémium; já jsem zvolil pokoj deluxe - zlatá střední cesta. O to bylo velmi nepříjemné, že jsem s manželkou dostali pokoj ve třetím patře s oknem z matného sklad s "výhledem" do světlíku. Přes moje několikeré dotazy zda jde o pokoj deluxe s výhledem do světlíku a nutností neustálého svícení jsem byl vždy personálem ujištěn, že jde skutečně o pokoj deluxe - škody ale vůbec tomu nevěřím.
