Despite being located just 10 minutes away from central Ubud Angsoka Bungalows feels like it could be a million miles from anywhere. The Homestay is not overlooked by any other property in the whole of the valley which gives a complete feel of isolation beneath the canopy of the trees. The room we stayed in was amazing, a 2-star hotel this is definitely not. The infinity was stunning and the perfect place to relax. The breakfast was ample and delicious, the banana pancakes being a must-try. The staff were all super friendly and on hand to help with anything from laundry, to arranging tours or transport so you can make the most of your stay in Ubud. For anyone visiting the area I'd highly recommend making Angsoka your base. We would certainly return at the drop of a hat.

It was SO close to everything you would want to see but also so quiet and removed from the hustle and bustle of the street. The owners are amazingly friendly and helpful and just genuinely good people and are there to help you with anything you may need. We ended up staying an extra night because we loved this place so much!

everything was perfect. amazing place, the room/balcony are beautiful, and the staff treated us like family! the breakfast was incredible and worth the cost of staying here alone. very very quiet and peaceful, yet right in the heart of the city and market. highly recommended. i wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The property was so nice. Just down an alley from Monkey Forest road. Just far enough off the main area that it was quiet and nice. Halfway between the monkey forest and the Ubud Palace. Really a perfect location. Good restaurants, shops, massage,and all kinds of stuff to do within a short distance of the hotel in every direction. Kadek was always around whenever I had a question and was so helpful with setting up a tour for me and anything that I had questions on. I didn’t want to do an actual tour so he got me a driver for very cheap to drive me to a temple that ended up being an amazing experience. The water temple. It was small only six or so units with a cute pool. Kadek made me breakfast to order every morning. Oh and the room is beautiful and really spotless. A nice balcony overlooking the grounds. I would recommend staying here.
