The location is quite remote but stunningly beautiful and peaceful. The gardens and grounds are well maintained and the view of the mountains change minute by minute due to the weather and clouds. The staff is ready to answer any question and provide anything you wish. Take a tour of the tea factory, it’s short but informative!

everything , the room was comfortable , hot water in the shower , the view is spectacular , the host are so kind and helpful for everything . they give me lot of precious advices for visiting here . I kept on extending in that place as I was really feeling home .

Since there was no one else to stay, the hotel upgraded to a suit. VERY beautiful interiors & exterior with very good taste. Because of no other guests, they took 2h to make our dinner, which was amazing hospitality and was delicious. The area might not be popular but I def recommend to stay here than any other fancy hotels in the highland.

The location were lovely. Very cozy place and they had a nice elevated view of the town. The family room had a massive TV as well that we regretfully did not use as well. The staff was great and very polite. There is not a lot to do on site, but value for money-wise this location is perfect to relax. Genuinely nothing negative to say in terms of experience.
