Set within the Mountain Pine Ridge Forest Reserve, Blancaneaux Lodge by Francis Ford Coppola offers an outdoor pool, organic gardens and 2 restaurants. The staff knows what you need even before you need it! Absolutely fantastic. This was one of our best experiences with truly professional and attentive staff. Property is gorgeous and does not feel crowded evenn at full capacity. The perfect place if you are looking for a quiet hideaway in the jungle.

Surrounded by jungle, Crystal Paradise Resort is located outside of San Ignacio and features on-site hiking trails and tour guides. It also offers free Wi-Fi, bird watching and swimming. We loved the location, the ambience, and the staff. It was really a family style experience, be it the meals, the stay, the way we were looked after, we felt we were visiting family.
